4 x  Events per annum

  • 2 events for Manufacturer Scheduled Services & 2 events for a Mechanical Breakdown,

  • Super Damage and Theft Waiver (This Waiver limits the excess payable in such events, but does not cover the excess in total),

Mobility Drive Plans to choose from*

  • Drive  – Manual 1.3 – 1.6 hatchback or sedan type vehicle,
  • Cruise  – Automatic 1.3 – 1.6 hatchback or sedan type vehicle,
  • Executive – Mercedes Benz C Class / Audi A4 / BMW 3 Series / or Similar.


*All models dependent on availability


Typically, (dependent on the Vehicle Class/Type of vehicle selected), the vehicle could include: Air conditioning, Radio/CD, Power Steering, Airbags, Central locking

Frequently asked Questions T’s & C’s Summary

1. Vehicles that qualify – Passenger, Light Commercial, 4X4/SUV Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) of no more than 3600kgs


2. Waiting period of 90 days from the first successful debit order on Monthly Membership and 30 days from date of payment received on Annual Membership.


3. Incidents NOT covered:

Any motor vehicle accident

Vehicle Stolen/hijacked/total loss

Run out of fuel

Flat tyre / puncture

Flat battery

Keys locked in the vehicle

Immobility due to abuse/negligence

Any other event that does not qualify as a Service or Breakdown.


4. 48 Hours Notification for Services and for the covered vehicle to be at a Repairing Dealer in the event of a breakdown.


5. A fuel deposit is required and this can be refunded, provided the Courtesy Car is returned to Europcar with a full tank of fuel, less any toll fee charges and/or damages that may apply.


6. Covered Vehicle must be taken to a Manufacturer- or RMI-approved workshop.


7. Any/All extra days not authorised will by solely for the Customer’s account.
